Base construction

The China (Chongqing ·Banan) Commercial Second-hand Vehicle Export Base covers an area of 1,500 mu and has an overall layout of "One Base, Two Platforms and Six Centers". The "One Base" refers to the China · Chongqing Commercial Used Vehicle Export Demonstration Base. The "Two Platforms" mean an online trading platform for commercial used vehicles and a public service platform. The "Six Centers" refer to the Cross-border Trade Center, the Maintenance and Preparation Center, the Appraisal and Evaluation Center, the Warehousing and Logistics Center, the Export Service Center and the After-sales Service Center


It is planned to cultivate 30 to 50 commercial used vehicle export market entities, jointly integrating and unblocking the entire industrial chain of commercial used vehicle exports. The export of vehicles and parts will focus on more than 100 countries and regions along the Belt and Road Initiative, aiming to create a new highland for commercial used vehicles with the largest scale, best benefits, and the most sales-covered countries in the whole country. After the base is completed, it will be able to export more than 50,000 commercial used vehicles of various types and construction machinery annually, along with a certain quantity of various parts. It is expected to achieve an annual sales revenue of 4 billion yuan and profits and taxes of about 200 million yuan, driving employment for more than 4,000 people.
